Thousands of vulnerable mothers and newborns in Kampala’s informal settlements struggle to access safe, nutritious care every year. Help us ensure they receive the maternal healthcare, support, and dignity they deserve.

Our Mission

Amani Mamas Initiative is committed to providing accessible, high-quality maternal healthcare and education to vulnerable women through free antenatal services, safe delivery, and postnatal support. The organization aims to improve maternal and newborn health outcomes among vulnerable women, provide free, skilled, respectful maternity care and safe delivery services, strengthen early childhood and postnatal support, promote maternal health education and family planning awareness, enhance community-based referral and support systems, and expand outreach to hard-to-reach and marginalized communities.
